Our world is changing. Our customers’ needs and expectations are changing too. New technologies are transforming our industry and offering customers greater choice. Electricity price rises have pushed them to seek alternatives to the grid. As a distribution business, Energy Queensland recognises that the key to remaining a viable, sustainable business is to deliver on our customers’ needs. This means understanding not only what they need from us today, but anticipating what they will be looking for in the future. It also means recognising we need to change the way we operate to be more flexible, efficient, consultative and customer-focused.
